Terms of Service

AI Town Lab provides the following services:

• AI image generation services including professional avatars, creative design, etc.
• AI video creation services supporting text-to-video and image-to-video
• Integration of multiple top-tier AI models (Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Nano Banana, etc.)
• Services are based on subscription and credit models. We do not guarantee 100% service availability

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account
• Account credential sharing or allowing others to use your account is prohibited
• You are responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate and up-to-date

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards
• Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You will receive renewal reminders
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service to discuss your specific situation
• Credits Rules: Purchased credits never expire but are non-refundable. Credits can be used for all generation services

You agree not to use the service for the following purposes:

• Generating illegal, violent, pornographic, or harmful content
• Impersonating others or misleadingly representing relationships with others
• Infringing on others' copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other intellectual property
• Abusing system resources or attempting to disrupt normal service operations
• Generating content that may cause discrimination, harassment, or harm

• Uploaded Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded content
• Generated Content: AI-generated content copyright belongs to you, and you are free to use it
• Commercial Use: You may use generated content for any commercial or personal purpose
• Showcase Rights: We reserve the right to showcase excellent works for marketing and product improvement (with your explicit consent)

Service Changes and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any features or services at any time
• Prices and plans may be adjusted; significant changes will be communicated to existing users in advance
• Accounts violating the terms of service may be suspended or terminated without notice

• AI generation quality may vary due to multiple factors; we do not guarantee perfect output
• You are fully responsible for how you use generated content and its consequences
• Third-party AI service provider limitations may affect service performance
• Services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocentra CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction
• Negotiated Resolution: Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website announcement. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
